Legals only ceremonies are extremely popular with couples who wish to marry overseas.
It is important to remember, if you are an Australian Citizen, and you marry overseas, your marriage won't be registered here, which can cause all sorts of extra paperwork if you wish to change your name and so on.
A way around this is to have a Legals Only wedding in Australia first, so that you are legally married and registered here, and then go overseas and have your dream celebration in the country of your choice.
Legals Only Includes:
Initial in-person meeting to sign legal documentation and sight the required identification in readiness for the validation of marriage.
After one month, the service will take place in my office with two witnesses present.
Prompt completion and submission of all legal documentation within 48 hours post-ceremony.
